SESAME CHEESE WAFERS 
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 (5 oz.) jar processed sharp cheese spread
4 tsp. butter
3/4 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. paprika

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toast sesame seeds in pie pan in oven for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring once. In small bowl cream together cheese spread and butter. Add flour, paprika and sesame seeds; mix thoroughly. Form into 6" long roll. Wrap in foil. Refrigerate. (Dough may be refrigerated for up to 1 week.) When ready to bake, preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice roll into 1/4" wafers. Bake on ungreased baking sheet 8 to 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned. Remove from baking sheet. Cool. 157 calories per 4 wafers.
