BAKED JUMBO SHELLS 
1 box Jumbo shells (Alpine Eagle)
1 can Hunts spaghetti sauce, traditional
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
2 (12 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

Cook jumbo shells in boiling water until done. Rinse with cold water. Cook hamburger, crumbled, and drain. Add spaghetti sauce, but not quite all of it. Simmer 15 minutes. Fill each shell with hamburger mixture, then 1 tablespoon of Ricotta cheese. Also a handful or so of Mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese on top of shells after filled. Place filled shells carefully in casserole dish and bake 15-20 minutes until Mozzarella cheese is melted at 350 degrees.
