BROCCOLI IN CREAM SAUCE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1 sm. onion, minced
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. butter
Dash of garlic salt

Alternate broccoli spears in 8 x 12 inch baking dish. In a separate bowl, mix soup, sour cream, and onion. Pour over broccoli stems. In small frying pan, brown bread crumbs in butter with garlic salt. Sprinkle over broccoli. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
