CHOCOLATE COVERED CHERRIES 
2 boxes powdered sugar
1 sm. box coconut
1 c. pecans, finely chopped
1 cube butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 lg. pkg. chocolate chips
1 pkg. paraffin
2 jars maraschino cherries

Mix first 6 ingredients. Form into balls around cherries. Dip into chocolate- paraffin mixture that has been melted in the top of a double boiler.
