BREAKFAST OR BRUNCH QUICHE 
2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb. browned sausage (Swift brown & serve is good), cut sausages into sm. pieces
4 eggs
3/4 tsp. mustard
2 1/2 c. milk

Put croutons into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Sprinkle cheese, then sausage on croutons. Beat eggs, mustard and milk together. Pour over croutons, sausage and cheese and refrigerate overnight. In A.M., blend 1/2 cup milk with 1 can cream of mushroom soup. Pour this over top and bake uncovered at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Let sit about 5 minutes before serving.
