MOCK CHOCOLATE ECLAIR 
1 box graham crackers
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding
1 can milk chocolate icing (Betty Crocker)

Prepare vanilla pudding according to directions on box and fold in Cool Whip until smooth. Put a layer of whole graham crackers in a 9"x13" dish, then alternate layers of pudding with layers of whole graham crackers ending with graham crackers on top. Spread the chocolate icing on top of the graham crackers.
