1 lg. loaf white bread (Wonder Bread is good)
8 oz. soft cream cheese
1 egg yolk
2 pkgs. butter
4 parts sugar to 1 part cinnamon

Cut off crust of bread and roll thin. Mix cream cheese and egg yolk. Spread mixture on bread. Roll up bread. Dip in melted butter and then coat with the cinnamon and sugar mixture. Freeze. Cut when frozen into small pieces. Heat in 350 degree oven until warm.
