1 1/2 c. cooked or canned sweet potatoes
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Pet milk
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Mash potatoes until smooth. Add sugar, cinnamon and salt. Beat egg yolks; add butter and mix well. Place in unbaked pie shell and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
