2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1 tsp. red food color
2 sm. jars plum baby food
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1 c. chopped nuts, optional

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
3 to 4 tsp. lemon juice

Mix sugar, oil, eggs, plum, coloring, and vanilla. Add other sifted ingredients. Mix well. Put into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Glaze while still warm.
