1 c. quick cooking rice
1 (4 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli

In microwaveable 2 quart casserole bring to boil 1 cup water (3-4 minutes); add rice; place lid on the dish and let stand 5 minutes. Remove lid from the Cheez Whiz and microwave 1 minute. Combine the broccoli, rice, soup and cheese and mix well. Cover and microwave 14-16 minutes. Turning dish 1/2 turn after 7 minutes.
