BROCCOLI-RICE CASSEROLE | |
1 onion, chopped 1/2 stick (1/4 c.) butter 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped, frozen broccoli, cooked and drained 1 c. quick-cooking rice, uncooked 1 c. cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1/4 c. water 1/2 c. Cheez Whiz 1/2 c. milk Saute onion in butter until transparent. Add cooked, drained broccoli, uncooked rice, soup, water, milk and cheese. Mix well. Put into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 4 to 5 servings. |
