CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg

Beat until smooth.

CAKE:

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. water
2/3 c. oil
2 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat together oil and sugar. Add water, vanilla, and vinegar. Mix together dry ingredients and add to mixture. Fill paper cups halfway. Top with 6 chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon cream cheese filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
