JELLY BALLS 
1 c. butter
1/4 c. granulated sugar
2 egg yolks
2 2/3 c. sifted flour (all-purpose)
Jam (any flavor, refrigerated)

Cream butter, add sugar and beat until fluffy. Add yolks, beat well. Add flour gradually, mix until smooth. Shape level tablespoon into balls. Place each ball on ungreased cookie sheet. Press each ball with the index finger, drop jam into each depression. Bake 20 minutes until light brown.
