ITALIAN SAUCED FISH | |
2 (16 oz.) pkgs. frozen flounder fillets, thawed 1 (8 oz.) can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms 2 tbsp. chopped onion 1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese (1 c.) Cod or perch will also work. Arrange fillet in single layer in greased baking dish (may spray with Pam). Sprinkle with salt, mix spaghetti sauce and onion; pour over fillet. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees until fish flakes easily with fork, about 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese; return to oven until cheese melts, about 3 minutes. Serves 8. 140 calories per serving. |
