BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli, cook & drain
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 eggs
4 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Mix all ingredients together (except cracker crumbs). Pour into well-buttered square baking dish. Sprinkle the top with crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
