CASHEW CHICKEN BAKE 
3 lg. chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 (15 oz.) can fancy oriental vegetables, drained
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 (5 or 6 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. salad dressing
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
2-3 c. cashew nuts, chopped or whole (add nuts just before placing in the oven)
