PORK TENDERLOIN 
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
Meat

Cut tenderloin in pieces, 1 inch thick. Combine all ingredients, add tenderloin. Cover and refrigerate overnight or marinate 2 hours at room temperature. Grill at medium heat, about 20 minutes, baste, and turn. Can also be baked.
