1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners sugar
2 sm. pkg. chocolate pudding, regular
1 sm. pkg. vanilla pudding, regular
4 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Nuts

Mix flour, butter and nuts; bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.

Beat together cream cheese, Cool Whip, and sugar; spread over first layer.

Cook puddings and milk until thick and add to 2nd layer.

Add Cool Whip and nuts to top.
