CHICKEN ELIZABETH 
6 tbsp. butter
8 boneless chicken breasts
1 pt. sour cream
8 oz. blue cheese
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 sm. garlic cloves, crushed
Chopped fresh parsley

Grease a 9 x 13 pan. Skin and halve chicken. Melt butter in skillet; brown chicken well, 4 minutes per side. Place chicken in pan.

Combine sour cream, blue cheese, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Serve with rice; garnish with parsley.
