28 graham crackers, ground
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. sugar
2 lbs. plain cottage cheese
1 c. sugar
5 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 to 2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped

Mix well the first 4 ingredients. Line a well-buttered springform pan, saving some of the mixture to sprinkle on top of torte. Mix last 5 ingredients well and pour into lined springform pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let cool in tin. When cool, remove outside of springform pan. Sprinkle remaining cracker mixture over top.
