ORANGE TEA CRISPS 
1 loaf Pepperidge Farm thin sliced white bread
Finely grated peel from 2 oranges
2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar

Mix last 3 ingredients. Cut crusts off bread. Spread mixture on bread. Cut in quarters. Place on cookie sheets. Bake for 45 minutes at 200 degrees. Remove from cookie sheets while warm.
