CHEESE POTATOES 
Potatoes, enough to serve 6-8
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Bread crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter

Boil potatoes; drain well. Place in baking dish. Sprinkle finely chopped onion over potatoes. Empty 1 can cream of chicken soup over onions. Sprinkle shredded cheese next. Sprinkle bread crumbs over mixture and drizzle 1/2 cup melted butter over bread crumbs. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
