KAHLUA RECIPE 
4 c. sugar
1 vanilla bean
4 c. water
750 ml. vodka (1/5)
2 oz. instant coffee
1/2 pt. coffee syrup

Combine sugar, water, instant coffee, vanilla bean and coffee syrup in stainless steel pan. Warm on low heat until sugar melts. Cool to room temperature. Add vodka. Place in cool area for 4 weeks. Stir every few days.
