1 (16 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
3 c. milk
1 (6 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 sm. (3 1/2 oz.) pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Crush cookies and put half of them in a 9x13 pan. Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in confectioners sugar. Fold in Cool Whip.

In a separate large bowl mix together pudding, milk and vanilla. Whip well and fold in cream cheese mix. Pour into pan on top of cookies. Add remaining cookies on top and chill to set.
