CABBAGE SLAW | |
1 lg. head cabbage, shredded 1 lg. sweet pepper (optional) 1/2 c. cooking oil 1/2 tsp. salt 1 med. onion, chopped 24 pkg. Equal 1/2 c. vinegar (apple cider) 1/4 tsp. black pepper Mix all ingredient together and cover. Store in refrigerator. Will keep for days. Makes at least 24 hours before serving. |
