1 c. commercial sour cream
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. vinegar
Dash of paprika

Combine all ingredients and beat until mixture is thick. Serve with fruit or chopped cabbage. Will make 1 1/2 cups.
