HERSHEY'S CAKE 
3/4 c. butter
1 2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2/3 c. cocoa
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 1/3 c. water

Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat for 3 minutes. In separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add to cream mixture alternating with water; do not over mix.

FROSTING:

6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
2 2/3 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, add cocoa and sugar alternating with milk. (I use more powdered sugar.)
