1 Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) box chocolate instant pudding mix
1 (3 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

Mix all ingredients together. Add 1/2 package of mini chocolate chips (6 ounce). The large chocolate chips will all sink to bottom. Put in greased bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.

NOTE: You may sift powdered sugar on top if desired.
