CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. cocoa
2 c. milk
3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, cornstarch and cocoa, mixing well. Add milk and cook until hot. Beat egg yolks and mix a little of hot mixture into them. Pour into other mixture. Add butter and cook until quite thick. Add vanilla and pour into cooked pie shell. Make meringue and brown in oven.
