SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 egg
1 c. bread crumbs
Fresh bread, cut into cubes
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Pepper to taste
1/4 c. flour
4 tsp. butter

GRAVY:

3 c. beef broth
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. flour

Mix together beef, onions, egg, bread crumbs, garlic powder and pepper. Roll mixture into 1 inch ball. Roll meat balls in 1/4 cup flour.

In large deep skillet melt butter. Fry meatballs until browned. Remove from pan to make gravy. Add flour to grease in pan mix. Slowly add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring until smooth and thick. Add meatball. Cook over low heat until done, about 15 minutes. Serve over rice or noodles for main dish.
