RICE LASAGNA | |
1 c. uncooked rice 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 c. + 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce 2 c. Mozzarella cheese 1/2 c. cottage cheese 1 lb. lean ground beef Cook rice. Cool. Add eggs and 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese. Mix; spoon into casserole. Mix the rest of the cheeses and spoon half over the rice mixture. Brown hamburger; add spaghetti sauce. Place half of the meat over cheese. Repeat rice, cheese, meat mixture. Top with a bit of Parmesan cheese. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375 degrees. |
