SOUTHERN YAM PEACH BAKE 
2 tbsp. butter, melted
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
Nutmeg & vanilla to taste
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 (17 oz.) cans yams, drained
1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained

Place yams and peaches in the bottom of a 1 1/2 quart casserole. In separate bowl mix butter, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla to form dry crumb mixture. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Option: Top with mini marshmallows and brown.
