BUNNY FACE SALAD 
1 hard boiled egg
1 lettuce leaf
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 sm. green olive
1 stalk celery

Arrange lettuce on a salad plate. Spoon the mayonnaise on top of lettuce. Peel the hard boiled egg and cut in half lengthwise. Place one half, rounded side up, on top of lettuce. Cut the other half of the egg in half again lengthwise. Arrange to form the bunny's ears. Make the eyes from two slices of olive. Cut long thin strips from the celery stalk. Stick them into the egg for whiskers. Serves 1.
