CHEESY KIELBASA AND POTATOES 
1 (1 lb.) pkg. Kielbasa
4 medium sized potatoes
1/2 package shredded cheese
bacon bits or real bacon pieces (optional)
olive oil

Peel and cut potatoes into small pieces. Cut Kielbasa into small pieces. Put a small amount of olive oil into a skillet. Add the potatoes and Kielbasa in together and fry. After the potatoes and Kielbasa brown remove from heat and sprinkle the cheese on top.

Note: If you are using bacon bits, or bacon pieces, add it on top of the cheese.
