CHICKEN ALOHA 
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
1 green pepper, sliced
3 c. cooked chicken (or turkey) breast
#2 can chunk pineapple, drained
1/3 c. water
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 instant chicken bouillon cubes in 2 c. water (or 2 c. chicken broth)
Cornstarch to thicken

Brown vegetables in a little oil; add remaining ingredients and cook until celery is tender/crisp. Thicken with cornstarch if desired. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
