BASIC MEAT SAUCE 
8 lb. grounds beef
2 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. salt
3 (10 oz.) cans water
5 tbsp. dry onion or 4 raw
1/2 tsp. celery salt
3 (12 oz.) cans tomato paste

Brown the meat in large pan. Add spices and tomato paste and water. Simmer 1 hour. Makes 6 quarts. May be frozen. Basic sauce can be used in Lasagna, spaghetti, goulash, taco pie and pizza.
