LITTLE MEAT LOAVES 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. quick oats, uncooked
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk

TOPPING:

1/3 c. catsup
1 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard

For meat loaves, combine all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into 6 individual meat loaves in a shallow baking pan.

For topping, combine all ingredients, spread on top. Bake in a moderate oven at 350 degrees about 35 minutes.

For one large meat loaf, pack into an 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch baking pan. Spread with topping. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
