CHICKEN PAPRIKA 
2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
1 sm. onion
1 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can tomato sauce
3 to 4 tbsp. flour
1 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. milk

Dice onion and saute in vegetable oil. Add paprika, salt and pepper. Then add the cut up chicken parts and brown. Add the tomato sauce and 4 to 5 cans of water. Cook until the chicken is done, about 50 minutes. Thin the flour with water and add to the chicken. Cook until thickened. Set aside to cool.

Thin the sour cream with the milk and add to the chicken. May be served over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
