COMPANY RUMP ROAST 
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. sugar
2 lb. rump roast

Rub roast with salt, garlic salt, and pepper. Sear. Put vinegar over it and simmer in Dutch oven 30 minutes. Pour in water, ketchup, and sugar. Bake at 275 degrees until done (several hours).
