PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
9 inch baked pie shell
1 c. confectioners sugar
8 oz. Cool Whip
1/4 c. crunchy peanut butter
4 oz. cream cheese

Combine peanut butter, cream cheese, confectioners sugar. Add Cool Whip and place on cooled pie shell. Refrigerate. Recipe can be doubled.

Variations: Instead of pie shell, use one vanilla wafer, flat side down, in the bottom of a paper cup.
