CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 hen
8 oz. sour cream or yogurt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tube Ritz crackers
1/2 stick butter
Salt, pepper

Boil chicken until comes off bone. Cool. Pull or cut into bite sized pieces. Mix with sour cream or yogurt, soup, salt and pepper in baking dish. Cover with crushed Ritz crackers; dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
