CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 (10 oz.) boxes frozen broccoli
4 lbs. chicken (stewed)
2 cans mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. processed cheese
1/2 roll garlic cheese
1/4 c. white wine
1/2 c. buttered crumbs
1/2 c. slivered almonds

Cook broccoli, bone chicken. Combine mushroom soup and cheese in double boiler; heat until cheese melts; add wine. Into a buttered baking dish place a layer of broccoli, chicken, soup and cheese sauce. Repeat layers and top with crumbs and slivered almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
