MAKES ITS OWN CRUST COCONUT PIE 
1 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 stick butter
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk (fresh)
1 (7 oz.) can coconut
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie plates. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
