LAZY LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
3 garlic cloves, minced
4 c. V-8 juice
8 oz. mushrooms, drained
6 oz. tomato paste
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. oregano
Salt and Pepper, if desired
8 oz. UNCOOKED noodles
16 oz. Ricotta cheese
1 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
8 oz (2 cups) shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 tsp. parsley flakes

In large pan brown beef, drain, and add onion; cook until tender. Add garlic. Stir in V-8 juice, mushrooms, tomato paste and next three seasonings. Simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat oven to 350 degrees. In 9 x 13 pan (3 quart dish or lasagna pan) layer half each of Uncooked noodles, meat sauce, Ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella; repeat layers. Sprinkle with parsley flakes. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Remove foil and continue baking, uncovered, 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 15 - 20 minutes before serving.

If prepared ahead and refrigerated, bake covered 45 minutes then uncover and continue baking 15 minutes. Can be frozen for future use.
