PIZZA (Crust) 
1 tbsp. yeast (powdered kind)
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 c. warm (not hot) water
5-7 c. flour (Robin Hood)

Put yeast, salt, sugar in a bowl. Add warm water. Stir. Add 1 cup of flour at a time (you don't have to sift, but you can if you want). Add enough flour to make soft ball, dough will come away from bowl.

Place on floured board and pat into shape. (Don't knead.) Place dough in a greased bowl and turn over with greased side up. Place towel over bowl and let rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Pat out on greased pizza pan. Don't oil pan or dough won't spread. Enough dough for 3 thin pizzas or 2 deep dish. Sauce recipe follows.
