CHICKEN AND GREEN GRAPE SALAD 
2-3 c. cut up cooked chicken
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1 c. seedless green grapes
1/3 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
1/2 c. toasted, slivered almonds

Combine chicken, onion, lemon juice, celery and grapes. Refrigerate a few hours until chilled. When ready to serve, toss with remaining ingredients and garnish with a few mandarin oranges.
