MIDGET CHEESECAKES 
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
Midget cups, 2 inch (foil works best)
1 box Keebler vanilla wafers

Let cream cheese stand at room temperature until soft. Then mix sugar, eggs, vanilla and cream cheese together with mixer until well blended. Place midget cups on cookie sheet. Put a vanilla wafer in bottom of each cup using only small ones which will lay flat in the bottom.

Fill all the cups with cream cheese mixture 2/3 full. Then using a fork, place a cherry and a little filling on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool 30 minutes and cover with Saran Wrap. Refrigerate. They can be frozen. Makes 15 dozen.
