CHILI GUNK 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green peppers
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. oregano, crumbled
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2-3 drops hot pepper sauce
1 can tomato sauce
1 bag corn chips

Brown ground beef in 10 inch skillet. Add chopped onions and pepper. Cook until tender. Drain off fat. Place mixture in 1 1/2 quart saucepan. Stir in seasoning, corn, hot pepper sauce and tomato sauce. Cover. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour 1/4 bag corn chips per serving onto plate and cover with mixture.
