PINEAPPLE-CHEESE MUFFINS | |
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple 2 c. Bisquick baking mix 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. milk 1 egg 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (about 2 oz.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line 12 medium muffin cups with paper baking cups. Mix pineapple with syrup and the remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously 30 seconds. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake until light golden brown and wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 15 minutes. |
