MEXICAN FUDGE 
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. green taco sauce
2 jalapeno peppers

Shred cheeses and mix. Layer 1/2 in 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat eggs and add to 1/2 cup sauce. Pour over cheeses and chopped jalapeno peppers. Top with other half of cheeses. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees or until center is slightly firm.

Note: May use any soft white cheese for Monterey Jack and may also use enchilada sauce.
